Back on the wagon again.

I fell of the 5BX wagon back in June 2016.  Meanwhile last summer, I did do the Zombies Run 5K trainer to completion and then dabbled a little bit in the full Zombies Run app, but I inevitably fell off that wagon too.  I did try to restart running with again with Zombies, but I couldn't get into the habit.  Fast forward to April 2017: I went for a run in the park about a week ago, attempting my regular 3.6 mile loop.  Well, after around the first three-quarters of a mile, my knee started to hurt, but I limped on.  I finished my loop in 45 minutes, my signal that I wanted to become fit again.

This morning, I decided to get back onto the 5BX wagon.  I reset my progess chart, set my timer, and got to work.  I blew through the calisthenics portion with ease, even considering if I should just move up to Chart 2.  Then came the half-mile run portion and any idea of an early graduation came to a crushing halt.  I did make the 8:00 goal in 4:38, but my knee started to act up and I became winded both after only the first lap of two around my block (I remember being able to do four).  That being said, I'm in for the long haul.  I hope I can stick with it this time.
